Updated: Talk about sending the wrong message about/to IT

I took some time to read the law in question. (Please see my last post for a link to the article and the law.) It looks, from my uneducated eye in matters of law, that this is an amendment to an employment or licensing code. I can see both sides of the argument (a little less on the side of the lawsuit to be honest) and reading the code is open to some interpretation.

So my take-aways from this exercise are:

  1. I do not want to be a lawyer
  2. Reading or writing anything in “legal speak” takes way to long and is generally confusing
  3. It is not a California or national law so it was wasted time
